"We chose DevonWay to build our Rewards and Recognition software and integrate it with ObservationWay because we knew they could help us reach [our] goals in our short time frame."

--Todd Conner, Plant Manager, DTE Fermi 2

DTE Energy’s Fermi 2, a top performing nuclear plant recognizes that sustaining excellence requires making good use of operating experience, measuring performance and developing a strong observation process – all key to creating top-tier human performance and continuous improvement programs. DevonWay was engaged to supply a central repository for operating experience and lessons learned, and creating a new efficient observation program that can run from mobile devices such as smart phones and tablets – allowing observers to capture data on location across the Fermi 2 site. DTE also used the platform tools to extend the ObservationWay with a Safety Rewards and Recognition module.
