Wolf Creek Generating Station has an established operating history for producing safe, reliable and low cost electric power, through operating efficiency.  With an eye on continuous Improvement, Wolf Creek embarked on a program to capture operating experience and lessons learned from this performance engaging DevonWay to help create a series of key performance indicators that would help the station measure performance.  To help identify process gaps across the station and areas for improvement including human performance, DevonWay configured a centralized observation program with self-assessment capabilities for Wolf Creek. Wolf Creek is also a member of the STARS Alliance.
