  • Track & Trace provides general action tracking for lower-tier, high-volume items that can clutter up your Corrective Action Program (CAP) data. Track & Trace replaces email, spreadsheets, and other one-off, standalone workarounds that you have an obligation to track but can’t. Web-based Track & Trace is secure, accessible, and searchable (including attachments).
  • Scantron Observation Entry provides a smart interface for loading observations from Scantron forms and scanners into ObservationWay and Safety Recognition & Rewards, saving time, improving accuracy, and speeding response. This solution is particularly helpful during an outage when on-site contractors may not have system access.
  • AssessmentWay Field Notes manages observations and associated facts that support plant self-assessments. When Field Notes are enabled for an assessment type, users can create observations directly from any assessment of that type. Users can add facts to an observation, then disposition and categorize them by functional or cross-functional areas, matching the actual INPO plant evaluation process.
