CultureWay™ tracks safety-culture actions and helps manage the process of requesting and gathering potential safety-culture data from individual process owners. CultureWay provides a single secure repository for all prospective safety-culture issues from an unlimited number of originating data sources. Safety-culture monitoring panels can prepare and distribute reports directly from CultureWay.

CultureWay workflow gives feedback to process owners and routes potential safety culture issues through the safety culture data coordinator or monitoring panel. CultureWay automatically initiates new CRs when safety culture trend thresholds are triggered.
