DevonWay Announces the Performance Improvement Integration Matrix (PIIM Module) - DevonWay

Written by DevonWay | April 16, 2014

DevonWay’s Performance Improvement Integration Matrix (PIIM) solution provides nuclear sites with a powerful tool to assist with cognitive trending and analysis of CAP data as recommended as part of CAP-4 of the industry Cumulative Impact Short-Term Actions Document. PIIM is a strategic planning tool for collecting, publishing, and managing the most significant gaps and initiatives across a fleet, site, or individual department. PIIM contributes to sustained performance excellence by raising management’s visibility into the most significant issues for evaluation of effectiveness of performance improvement initiatives and closing gaps to excellence. PIIM is accessed directly from the DevonWay dashboard and is updated either through manual entry or via an external interface to a fleet’s corrective action program.

The DevonWay PIIM solution produces a visual matrix for monitoring the use of performance improvement (PI) tools that drive continuous improvement across nuclear operating programs. Solutions identified through the use of PI tools are presented alongside the gaps, initiatives, key details and the current status of corrective actions taken as part of each record.
