The Board of Directors of HPRCT, the organization of Human Performance Root Cause & Trending, has established a Special Interest Group (SIG) at the Continuous Improvement Conference, to be held in San Francisco, September 25-28. HPRCT is an industry group of 1,800 members that meet to advance the science behind human performance.

The SIG will collaborate on Causal Analysis and Trending to build consensus on common goals of best practice. Participants will collaboratively:

  • Explore causal analysis techniques and new technologies that can help identify patterns in operating experience and other large databases.
  • Share trending approaches and drive the development of predictive leading indicators.

In attendance will be business owners and practitioners of Corrective Action Programs, Human Performance Observation and Assessment, Performance Improvement, Quality Assurance, and regulatory oversight personnel from nuclear power generation, research laboratories and waste disposal operations, fossil generation, mining and metals, oil, gas and chemical, medical, aerospace, and EPC.

“DevonWay welcomes HPRCT members to the 5th Annual Continuous Improvement Conference, and we are pleased to support their valuable contributions to human performance analysis across all industries,” said Robert Felton, CEO of DevonWay, conference underwriter.
