An Implementation Success Workshop is an on-site, two-day engagement, held a week or two prior to project kick-off. Attendees should include the project sponsor, key decision makers, and application subject matter experts. The goal isn’t to gather requirements, but to provide critical guidance to help you understand what you should be thinking about and how to produce high-quality requirements. Topics covered include:

  • Governance models — Project vs Application
  • High-level application requirements — Business rules, fields, workflow, layout, reference data, interfaces, organization structure, etc.
  • Reports — printing, archiving, ad-hoc
  • Mobile — use cases, off-line, devices
  • Testing — writing test scripts, SQA best practices
  • Training — in-person, webinar, job aids, simulators

At the conclusion of the workshop, you will understand how to work with your team and ours to define and gather project requirements. Besides saving you time by streamlining the project life-cycle, clear and thorough requirements are key to a satisfied user community.
