Including suggestions in the CAP process, for example, engages the CR initiator with a place to recommend process or program improvements without interfering with the CR workflow as governed by the CAP process. Suggestions typically include a basic evaluation step to further consider the suggestion along with general actions to implement the suggestion if deemed appropriate.
Suggestions are quickly entered into the system by completing a few simple fields, making the process easy for even the busiest user.
