What’s New in YourWay 2.39

There were quite a few major improvements to search, reporting, and training in the most recent YourWay 2.39 patch. Check out the full list here:

Search & Reporting

Grid Display has a number of new fields for display and export, including:

• Assigned Date
• Created By and On
• Last Updated By and On
• Creation and Updating Process
• Current Assignee
• Working Task & Assignee

Searches displayed as List or Grid now indicate when an assignment has not yet been opened. In addition, you can now display multi-module search results as reports.

Guided Tour

Are you using a configured application module? If so, you may have noticed the new guided tour feature available. Work with your support team to create customized guided tours for training. A default tour will be displayed if a user requests a tour for an application that has not yet defined a custom tour.
