Rewards and Recognition (R&R)
The DevonWay Rewards and Recognition (R&R) module manages employee rewards programs and aligns those programs with the underlying processes where the exemplary employee behavior justifying the reward nomination was initially identified. Exceptional behavior is often observed during safety observations, for example, when the observer has the option of nominating an individual directly from their observation.
The R&R record engages its own workflow that includes a review by the nominated employee’s manager, followed by approval from the rewards program owner, and finally a congratulatory notification to the nominated employee with instructions on collecting their reward. The R&R record’s workflow includes an optional task for accounting to enter the nomination in the accounting ledger for financial processing and payment. Reward records are associated with the original observation, or whatever DevonWay process record best supports the nomination.
