        Featured Image

When it comes to quality, safety and asset management software, the world’s most regulated and high-risk industries need a name they can trust to keep their organization running smoothly. DevonWay – a leader in quality, safety, asset and work management software solutions – is ready for the challenge. But don’t take our word for it. Our software has been featured in multiple analyst research papers and reports, all showcasing that DevonWay is a name you rely on.

At a Glance: Recent DevonWay Acknowledgements

        Shortlisted in EHS Software

In May 2023, DevonWay was recognized as a Challenger in the 2023 Verdantix Green Quadrant for EHS Software. The report was led by Verdantix, an independent analyst and consulting firm with expertise in environmental, health, safety, quality, and operational excellence technologies that optimize business operations.

The report, based on the Verdantix Green Quadrant methodology, was built upon thorough analysis of software including 2.5-hour live demonstrations, 350-point vendor questionnaires and interviews with software users. Through this research, DevonWay proved its worth when it comes to environmental, health and safety (EHS) offerings. The report shared:

"DevonWay should be shortlisted by North American buyers in highly regulated industries seeking a configurable platform," as well as "firms desiring a combined asset management, quality, and EHS offering."

Also in May 2023, DevonWay was named a Representative Vendor in the Gartner Market Guide for Environmental, Health and Safety Management software.

In addition to these latest analyst reports, DevonWay was named an Innovator in the Verdantix 2022 Industrial Enterprise Asset Management and 2021 Process Safety Management Green Quadrant reports.

        Innovating in Process Safety Management

DevonWay was named by Verdantix in August 2021, this time highlighting its Process Safety Management software solutions in the Green Quadrant: Process Safety Management Software 2021 report.

Process Safety Management (PSM) software is defined by Verdantix as "Enterprise-scale software that enables firms to capture, analyze and report data and manage risks associated with the handling, using, storage or manufacturing of hazardous chemicals and materials for the purpose of worker health and safety and operational integrity."

The report included detailed comparisons across prominent process safety management software companies using interviews, live demonstrations, questionnaires, data reviews and more. Compared to the 12 other vendors, DevonWay received the highest capability criteria scores, or tied for highest, in Application & Data Center Security, Mobile App Product Architecture, Business Intelligence, Program Management, and Graph Database.

According to the report, “firms requiring contractor management for PSM activities in high-hazard environments" and "buyers seeking a provider with experience in the defense and energy sectors” should put DevonWay on their list.

        Providing Quality Management Solutions

DevonWay’s Quality Management solutions have also been recognized for their capabilities. In both 2022 and 2023, DevonWay was listed as a Representative Vendor in the Gartner Market Guide for Quality Management System Software.

Gartner – which delivers actionable, objective insights to executives and their teams – shared that quality leaders should “thoroughly assess the current state of the quality organizations in concert with enterprise-level business objectives. These may include shifts to remote/hybrid work models; business continuity management; cost optimization; evolving industry standards, regulations and desired functionality; and licensing and hosting preferences.”

DevonWay’s Quality Management System (QMS) is ready to meet the call, with products to help high-reliability organizations improve quality, ensure compliance, and implement effective continuous improvement aligned with business objectives.

        Streamlining EHSQ and Asset Management

In 2021, Verdantix conducted a series covering software providers for safety and operational risk management. The report “DevonWay Offers a Broad Suite of Solutions for EHSQ and Asset Management” spotlighted DevonWay and its ability to support customers in the nuclear energy, government, power utilities, national laboratories, biotechnology and construction sectors.

Verdantix shared that “over the past 12 months, DevonWay has undertaken investments to enhance the capabilities of its existing software offerings, as well as introducing new solutions for safety, sustainability and asset management.”

As the report went on to advise, “Firms looking for a reliable software platform for Safety, Quality and Asset Management should consider DevonWay.”

Additionally, in May 2022, DevonWay was featured in a Verdantix’ Enterprise Asset Management report benchmarking software across the industry.

In the report, Verdantix benchmarked the most prominent enterprise asset management (EAM) software vendors on the scene today, using a detailed, fact-based comparison, including through live product demonstrations and reviewing a 207-point questionnaire for each vendor. In the end, DevonWay received the single highest capability criteria scores in Configurability, Contractor Management, Operational Risk Management, and Graph Database. It also tied for the highest scores in the Mobile App Product Architecture, Audits, and Relational Database categories.

The report states that DevonWay "should be shortlisted by … firms searching for an integrated platform for operations and safety applications" and "US-based customers in highly regulated industries."

DevonWay products work together to meet the unique operational needs of high-risk, high-compliance organizations – all on a single, secure platform that eliminates data silos to create an interconnected platform for Asset Management, Quality Management, Environmental Health and Safety, and Workforce Management.
